This policy explains who processes the data, why we use it, and which rights you have. It applies to the Valyon IT website and messages sent through the contact form.

Who the controller is
The controller is Valyon s.r.o., company ID 23400323, registered office Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague 1 – Nové Město, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 426461. For privacy requests email info@valyon.cz or call +420 773 096 963.
What data we process
From the contact form we process your name, email, optional company name, message, and the fact that you gave consent. The website field is a hidden anti-spam check and stays empty in a normal submission.
When you visit the site, the hosting provider may briefly process technical request data, such as IP address and access time, to operate and secure the service.
Purpose and legal basis
We use form data to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a possible engagement. The legal bases are steps prior to a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by checking the box in the form.
We process technical data about site operation on the basis of a legitimate interest in security and reliability under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Who receives the data
We deliver the message to the company inbox info@valyon.cz. Depending on the current setup, delivery may go through Web3Forms or Resend. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the message and run the site.
We do not sell the data and we do not use it for marketing mailings.
How long we keep the data
We keep an enquiry while we handle it and any follow-up discussion, for no longer than 3 years, unless a contract or a statutory retention duty arises. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@valyon.cz. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and data portability where it applies. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Cookies
The site does not use analytics or marketing cookies. It may store a technical cookie that remembers the language you chose. That cookie is not used for profiling or advertising.
Your choice
Sending the form is voluntary. Without the required fields and consent to processing, we will not send the message. You can also start a conversation by email or phone.
